Video:Bad Quality Food Served in Vande Bharat Express
The viral video caused to the Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) to issue a statement. “Sir, concerned official has been informed for corrective measures,” the railway authorities stated in a statement.
The clip was shot on a Vande Bharat Train from Vizag to Hyderabad.
About a month after the official launch of Vande Bharat Express, a passenger uploaded a video to social media that showed the “bad quality” food being served on the train. Based on a post, this video was made on an Vande Bharat Train that proceeded from Vizag toward Hyderabad.
In the video clip the video, the man is seen taking oil from the food item of his meal he purchased in the coach. “Food price in Vande Bharat train ambitiously introduced by central government is very high, quality is very bad,” the caption on the article reads.

This comes just after an image of garbage scattered across the ground in a coach an Vande Bharat Express train went viral. The photo, posted via Indian Administrative Services (IAS) officer Awanish Sharan, revealed empty bottles, plastic bags and food containers that were scattered throughout the train. One worker was also seen with a broom in hand to clean the floor.
