Happy Diwali : First of all, Happy Diwali to all of you.

Diwali is the festival of lights Diwali is celebrated with great enthusiasm in India. Deepawali and Diwali are the celebrations of the victory of Dharma over Adharma. Goddess Lakshmi and Ganesha are worshipped at Diwali on Kartik Amavasya Tithi. All the people decorate their houses with lamps and feed them sweets with the blessings of their elders. On this day, children burst crackers and enjoy Diwali with full gusto.

When is the auspicious time for Diwali?

Diwali this year is Kartik Amavasya Tithi of Kartik month is on Monday, October 24, but Pradosh will end before tomorrow, October 25. As a result, Diwali will be celebrated on October 24th this year throughout India.

• Kartik Amavasya date starts – 24 October 2022, 05.27 in the evening.
• Kartik Amavasya date ends – 25 October 2022, 04.18 pm.
• Lakshmi Puja Pradosh Kaal Muhurta – Night 07.02 – Night 08.23.
• Lakshmi Puja Nishita Kaal Muhurta – 11.46 pm – 12.37 am.
• Ratri Muhurta (Profit) – 10:36 pm – 12 am

Diwali Puja Rules:

• Keep the whole house clean on the day of Diwali.
• Clean the place where the worship is to be done and sanctify it by sprinkling Ganga water.
• Do not offer any white clothes or white flowers in worship.
• Do not forget to worship Kuber Dev and Maa Saraswati along with Maa Lakshmi.
• Keep the kalash and puja materials with Goddess Lakshmi.
• Make the prasad of Maa Lakshmi in a pure and clean way.
• All the people of the house should sit together in worship of Maa Lakshmi.
